General order inquiries
Are there any free shipping offers?

When will the order be shipped and cut off?
Generally, SF Express orders will be shipped within 24 hours;
Same-day orders will be shipped immediately after stocking is completed.
Orders placed during the following periods will be shipped on the same day:
- SF Express orders: order cutoff at 6PM from Monday to Saturday
- GOGOX / LALAMOVE Same-day orders: Order cutoff at 5PM from Monday to Saturday
*Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays and during periods of bad weather will be shipped the next working day.
How long is the shipping time?
Local SF Express delivery usually takes about 1 - 2 days; same-day express delivery usually takes place within 4 hours after shipment. Please pay attention to email, phone or message notifications.
How much shipping fee do I need to pay for orders that do not have free shipping?
- SF Express orders:
The freight is usually calculated based on the weight and size of the package. The freight for 1kg starts from HK$16^, and the freight will be collected by SF Express on a "collect" basis.
- Same-day delivery orders:
The shipping fee for orders less than HK$1,000 is HK$90 *;
The shipping fee for orders from HK$1000 to HK$1499 is HK$28 *.

*Subject to adjustment during busy periods, all charges are subject to display at checkout.
Can I pick up the order myself to avoid shipping costs?
Our store is an online shopping platform and currently does not provide self-pickup services in stores and warehouses.
How to pay for shipping?
The freight for "Freight collect" will be collected by SF Express when delivering the package;
"Same-day Express" shipping charges will be collected at checkout, and there is no additional shipping fee required when receiving the goods.
Can I pick up the goods at SF Express self-pickup points?
Yes, the scope of SF Express self-pickup includes: SF stores (SF Express stations and SF business points), SF Express self-service counters, and SF cooperation points. You can fill in the address and point code of the self-pickup point by yourself.
Can it be shipped to the hotel address?
Yes, please fill in the following information at checkout:
- Full hotel address
- Room number
- Valid local contact number
To arrange delivery and pickup.
Can I ask the management office to pick up the items on my behalf?
It is recommended to use the property address for delivery. If the package is placed elsewhere, the risk shall be borne by the customer. Any package loss, damage, etc. are not included in our scope of responsibility.
How to track shipping status?
After the order is shipped, the shipping email will contain a tracking number. You can track the status of the package through the shipping company's website.
Why can't I check the SF waybill number after receiving the shipping notification email?
Since SF Express takes time to process the package, please wait patiently. Generally, the tracking code will be updated within 24 hours. If there is still no update after 24 hours, please contact customer service for assistance.
If the order contains pre-ordered items, will they be shipped together?
Yes, when the order contains pre-ordered items, our store will ship them together by default. If the customer requests to send the items separately, the additional shipping fee will be sent by "collect method".
If I place multiple orders separately, will they be combined into one order and shipped?
No, orders placed separately will be shipped separately by default.
Can I ask that the product packaging be removed before shipment?
Yes, but we generally recommend keeping the packaging. *If the product is missing or damaged after opening, it will not be covered by our responsibility.
Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns?
If the product within 30 days of purchase is confirmed to be damaged by the original factory, our store will fully bear the return and resend shipping costs. Please refer to the Return Policy page for details.

Can I use "SF Cash on Delivery" to check out?
No, when choosing the "Same Day Express Delivery" service, you cannot use "SF Cash on Delivery" to check out, because this service is provided by GOGOX or LALAMOVE, not SF Express.
Can I use "SF Express self-pickup points or self-service lockers" to pick up items?
No, when choosing the "Same Day Express Delivery" service, you cannot use "SF Express self-pickup points or self-service lockers" to pick up items, because this service is provided by GOGOX or LALAMOVE, not SF Express.
Can I meet with the delivery person to pick up my package?
We recommend using a residential or commercial address as the delivery address to avoid loss of shipment, failure to deliver within the specified time, or additional shipping charges due to contact problems.
At what time are parcels usually delivered?
Parcels are generally delivered in the afternoon to evening hours.
Macau and other overseas regions
Can all items be shipped?
Most products can be sent via SF Express. If there are exceptions, they will be sent by other express companies. Please pay attention to the notice.
How long is the delivery time to Macau?
SF Express usually delivers within 2 - 4 days;
Other courier companies usually take 7 - 10 days, please pay attention to email, phone call or SMS notification.
Are there any conditions for free shipping for Macau orders?
Yes, Macau SF Express shipping is free for purchases over HK$450.
Can I ship to the SF Express self-service locker in Macau?
Yes, you can fill in the pick-up point address and point code yourself.
What will be displayed on the package product information on Macau and overseas waybills?
Detailed product information, including product category, name, value, etc., must be filled in on the Macau and overseas waybills to complete the customs declaration process.
What are the tax issues for Macau and overseas orders?
Tax regulations for Macau and overseas orders vary from place to place, please check local customs policies.
Is there any shipping fee for returns and exchanges of orders from Macau and overseas?
Return and exchange fees for Macau and overseas orders include but are not limited to: freight, tariffs, customs declaration fees, etc., which are all borne by the customer.
All additional charges will be charged in full before reshipping.
