    Notes for using SF Express delivery service in Hong Kong:

    • The estimated SF Express shipping fee to be paid upon delivery is HK$20-30.
    • If an order is placed on a Sunday or public holiday, the shipping service will be processed and sent out on the next working day.
    • Please ensure that you allocate time to receive the delivery on the delivery date. If the delivery is unsuccessful, any additional charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

     

    Notes for using Same-day Express Delivery service:

    • The same-day express delivery service is provided by GOGODelivery or Lalamove.
    • The cut-off time for placing an order is 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. If an order is placed after 4:00 pm, the order will be sent out on the next day.*
    • The service will be suspended on Sundays, public holidays (please refer to our official website for holiday arrangements), and days with adverse weather conditions, and will be arranged for delivery on the next working day.
    • Remote areas (including but not limited to Nam Sang Wai, Discovery Bay, Sha Tau Kok, and border restricted areas) may not be able to receive deliveries.*
    • The route for the same-day express delivery service will use the lowest charging section. If customers need to change to other charging sections, they will need to pay for it themselves.
    • Please ensure that all information in the order is correct and complete, and allocate time to receive the delivery on the delivery date. If the recipient is unable to receive the package due to incorrect or incomplete information, or any other reasons, including but not limited to delayed delivery, additional charges, etc., our company will not be responsible for any of these.
    • If a package needs to be returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete information in the order, or if the customer is unable to allocate time to receive the package, all shipping fees for reshipment will be paid upon delivery.
    • The actual delivery service area is subject to the information provided by the courier company.

      • All Macau orders will go through customs clearance procedures, including but not limited to: product category, name, price, etc., and clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.
      • Our company will not be responsible for any goods detained or confiscated by customs.



      Other notes for SF Express delivery service:

      • Delivery service may be restricted in the following areas: 

        A）Delivery time to remote areas in Hong Kong is one business day longer than non-remote areas.

        B）Delivery service cannot be provided to border areas and some areas in Lantau Island, except for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and the airport.

        C）Delivery service cannot be provided to outlying islands, except for Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau. 

        D）Delivery service cannot be provided to areas under government jurisdiction, such as Government Headquarters.

      • If a hotel can receive packages on behalf of the customer, the delivery can be made to the hotel.

      • When signing for the package, the recipient or management office needs to sign. If the customer is not available when the package arrives, they can contact SF Express to arrange for re-delivery.

      • After the SF package is delivered to the designated pickup point, the recipient will receive a mobile text message with a "package number". The recipient can pick up the package by showing the text message within the specified time at the designated pickup point.

      • After the SF package is delivered to the designated EF locker, the recipient will receive a mobile text message with a "one-time password". The recipient can pick up the package within 48 hours at the designated pickup point by following the instructions provided.

        Double Discreet Packaging

        Double Discreet Packaging means that each individual item is wrapped in opaque paper before being placed in a cardboard box.

        In the declaration for local delivery packages, it will only be labeled as daily necessities / clothing.

        In order to respond to environmental protection and save paper, if customers need to use double sealed packaging, please indicate in the "Order Remarks" section in the shopping cart.


        Discreet Packaging Service

        In response to environmental protection, our store only provides electronic receipts for all orders.

        We offer a "Discreet Packaging Service" for all products, and we take great care in packaging to minimize the risk of damage during shipping, while also ensuring customer privacy.
