Contractual Content

The contract between you and us for any goods is only effective upon our acceptance of your order. If we do not accept your order, but payment has already been deducted from your account, the full amount will be refunded. To place an order, you must follow the online shopping process as required and then click "Authorize Payment" to submit your order. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order (referred to as the "Acknowledgment"). Please note that this acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been accepted, even though the payment may have been deducted from your account. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We will send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched, which is our acceptance of your order (referred to as the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of goods between us (referred to as the "Contract") will only be formed once we have sent you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Contract only relates to the goods that have been confirmed as dispatched in the Dispatch Confirmation. We are not obliged to provide any other goods that you may have ordered unless they are separately confirmed in another Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant goods.

 

Products Availablity

The availability of products is subject to stock before we issue a dispatch confirmation to you. In the event of supply difficulties or if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of equal or higher quality to the product you have ordered. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund any payments you have made.

 

Refusal of Orders

We reserve the right to revoke any products on this website and/or remove or edit any material or content on this website at any time. While we will always endeavor to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order for any reason after we have issued an acknowledgment to you. If we revoke any products on this website (whether sold or not), remove or edit any content on this website, or refuse to process or accept any order after we have issued an acknowledgment to you, we shall not be liable to you or any third party.

 

Return and Exchange of Products

If you have signed a contract as a consumer, you may return or exchange the products within thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation of dispatch order. In such a case, you should comply with our refund policy terms and pay the cost of returning the product(s) if necessary (see our Returns and Exchanges page on this website). Your right to cancel the contract only applies to products that are in the same condition as when you received them. When returning the products, you should also return all product manuals, documents, and packaging materials. If any product is returned damaged or in a condition different from when you first received it, we will not accept the return. You should take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

When you have possession of the products, please take good and reasonable care of them, and keep the original packaging, manuals/documents, and packaging materials, which should be used when returning or exchanging the products.

Order Processing

Any additional fees charged by the bank for bank transfer payment shall be borne by the customer.

Orders will only be shipped out after payment is confirmed by our store.

If the order is affected by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, resulting in delivery delays, additional courier fees, or unsuccessful delivery, our company will not be held responsible.

All product photos on this website may have color differences with the actual product and are for reference only.
