30 days from the order confirmation date.

Please go to the " Return and Exchange Center " within 30 days after purchasing the product and provide order information to apply for return or exchange.

If the product meets the return and exchange requirements, we will bear the full return and exchange shipping costs.

It is recommended to save the product packaging box, product, accessories and maintenance card (if any) to protect your rights.

Under normal circumstances, returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 working days after receipt.

After successfully applying for return or exchange, we will update the latest progress via email.

Macau and overseas customers can apply for returns or exchanges.

After-sales maintenance FAQ

If a problem occurs after 30 days of purchase, if the product meets the manufacturing defect conditions and is within the product warranty period, you can apply for maintenance.

All sex dolls are recorded with videos and photos of their functions before shipping. Shipping will only be arranged after confirming that all functions are working properly.

If any abnormality is confirmed within 15-20 days after shipment for external electric functions, a replacement of the external motor will be arranged; for internal electric functions, if abnormalities are confirmed within 90 days, a refund will be arranged to an electronic gift card.
