Lexy Care + Extended Maintenance Service Features

After original factory maintenance, Lexy Care+ can extend maintenance for up to 12 months*. During the Lexy Care + maintenance period, if there is an electrical or mechanical failure, you can enjoy a direct replacement with a new product of the same model; or if the product is discontinued, you will have the opportunity to pay the price difference and upgrade to the same type of product. ​​The limit is 30%* of the product purchase price.​​​

Customers can apply for replacement at the return center during extended maintenance.

Lexy Care + FAQ

How long does Lexy Care+ extend maintenance service last?

The validity of Lexy Care + extended maintenance service will be calculated based on the current membership level when applying for extended maintenance service. Starting from the first day after the end of the original factory maintenance period, extended maintenance services are provided for 3 to 12 months.

For example: if a customer purchases a product with 12 months of original factory warranty on January 1, 2024, the original factory warranty will expire on January 1, 2025. If the product is damaged due to non-human factors within 12 months after January 1, 2025, and the customer is a gold-level loaner when applying for return or exchange, Lexy Care + extended coverage will be provided.

What is the difference between Lexy Care + extended maintenance service and original factory maintenance?

After the original factory warranty period ends, Lexy Care + extended maintenance service will continue to provide additional time-sensitive maintenance services for members’ products.

No products have been replaced during the Lexy Care+ extended maintenance service. Will the extended maintenance service be automatically extended?

No, Lexy Care+ extended maintenance service will end after the plan expires. Even if no service application is submitted and completed during the extended maintenance period, the extended maintenance service will not be postponed.

How many product replacements can be made during the warranty period of Lexy Care+?

According to the warranty terms of Lexy Care +, each eligible product can only have one opportunity to replace the product during the warranty period.

Is Lexy Care + extended maintenance service an additional purchase?

We currently only provide this service for free to Lexy members, and other than that, we are currently unable to purchase additional items.

Under what circumstances will an application for Lexy Care+ maintenance services be rejected?

If the product failure does not comply with the extended warranty terms and conditions or is still within the scope of the original factory warranty, we will have the right to reject the customer's application.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and return non-conforming merchandise.
  • Goods sent back by the customer are borne by the customer at their own risk and we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • The original factory maintenance terms shall be subject to the latest terms announced by the manufacturer.
