- Follow the order confirmation instructions and go to the "Live Chat Support" on the website.
- In the "Live Chat Support", select "Tap & Go/Octopus Card Confirmation" and choose "Tap & Go" as the payment method.
- Transfer the total amount due for the order via QR code/payment link．

- Select "Octopus Card" as the payment method at checkout and click "Complete Order".
- Follow the order confirmation instructions and go to the "Live Chat Support" on the website.
- In the "Live Chat Support", select "Tap & Go/Octopus Card Confirmation" and choose "Octopus Card" as the payment method.
- Transfer the total amount due for the order via QR code/payment link.

Select "QFPay Secure Checkout" as the payment method at checkout and pay with "PayMe". Scan the QR code to complete the transaction. Mobile users can save the QR code by taking a screenshot and then scan it using "PayMe".
Select "QFPay Secure Checkout" as the payment method at checkout and pay with "FPS (Faster Payment System)". Scan the QR code to complete the transaction. Mobile users can save the QR code by taking a screenshot and then scan it using "FPS".
Select "QFPay Secure Checkout" as the payment method at checkout and pay with "Alipay HK". Scan the QR code to complete the transaction. Mobile users can save the QR code by taking a screenshot and then scan it using "Alipay HK".
Select "QFPay Secure Checkout" as the payment method at checkout and pay with "UnionPay". Scan the QR code using "UnionPay Cloud QuickPass" to complete the transaction. Mobile users can save the QR code by taking a screenshot and then scan it using "UnionPay Cloud QuickPass".
Select "QFPay Secure Checkout" as the payment method at checkout and pay with "WeChat Pay". Scan the QR code using "WeChat" to complete the transaction. Mobile users can save the QR code by taking a screenshot and then scan it using "WeChat".
Note:
Select "Cash On Delivery" as the payment method at checkout and click "Complete Order". The order will be shipped within 1 business day.
Pre-Order Product
For orders using SF Express standard delivery, if the order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, or pre-order items with different arrival times, the order will be shipped only after all items have arrived.
For orders using same-day express delivery, in-stock items will be shipped first by default.
For Hong Kong orders, free SF Express shipping will be provided for in-stock items when the order total is $300 or more. For Macau orders, free SF Express shipping will be provided for in-stock items when the order total is $350 or more.
If the above conditions are not met, the order will be shipped only after all pre-order items have arrived, or can be shipped with SF Express cash-on-delivery. If you want to receive the in-stock items first, we suggest placing separate orders.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policies

The related amount will be refunded in the form of an electronic gift card, and we do not accept cancellations or modifications for orders that have already been shipped or other refund methods.
The electronic gift card code can be used as cash on our online shopping platform and is valid for 5 years.
The electronic gift card can be used to pay for multiple orders and can be used in conjunction with store discounts, with the amount deducted after each purchase.
