What methods are available for checkout?

Why does it show "Invalid discount code" after entering a discount code?
- Make sure there are no spaces when entering the discount code.
- Note that it is case sensitive.
- Check that the discount code only applies to regular priced items.
Is the process of online transaction payment safe?
This website uses SSL encryption technology, and all credit card payments are encrypted. When you enter payment information, your data will be protected, safe and reliable.

帳單上的商店名稱會顯示 SP*LEXY 以及其消費金額。
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, we support SF Express cash on delivery. You can choose to pay SF Express in cash at checkout when you receive your order.
Note: SF Express will collect the payment at the rounded amount.
Why aren't the freebies showing in my shopping cart or order?
Sorry, the number of gifts is limited and while supplies last. If no gift is displayed on the order, it means that the gift has been distributed. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If the order has not been shipped yet, please contact customer service.
The refund will be issued in the form of our store's electronic gift card, which is valid for 5 years and can be used on this online shopping platform.

Can I choose the "Same Day Express Delivery" service for SF Express cash on delivery?
No, SF Cash on Delivery cannot use the "Same Day Express Delivery" service. This service is provided by GOGOX or LALAMOVE, not SF Express.
