What are the uses of membership points?
Membership points can be redeemed for cash discounts and membership points products.
Do membership points have an expiration date?
Yes, membership points are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued.
Is there a recent consumption limit for cash discount coupons?
No, it can be used when purchasing regular-priced items, even if you spend HK$1.
What is a member-only gift?
Our store cooperates with major brands from time to time, and gifts will be given out during limited shopping events.
What is a Prime Day offer?
The 28th of every month is our membership day, and different shopping activities will be held regularly, such as brand discounts, flash discounts and free gifts.
When does the membership program start?
The new membership program will officially launch on October 6, 2024. After a registered member makes a purchase and the order is shipped, points and membership level will be automatically calculated by the system. Thank you for your support!
Does the discount code have an expiry date?
Yes, it takes 7 days from redemption.
How to redeem membership point products?
You can go to the member points redemption area to select your favorite products and put them in the shopping cart, then redeem the relevant discount codes in the membership system, enter and apply them before checkout.

How many items of membership points can be redeemed for each order?
Only one redemption per order is allowed.
How can members enjoy birthday surprise benefits?
If members provide their birthday information when registering their account, they will receive birthday gifts (up to HK$50 cash discount) on their birthday. Once the birthday information is submitted, it cannot be changed.
