The Lexy Care+ "Extended Maintenance Service - Hong Kong and Macau" contract ("this Contract") is within this contract and after the original factory warranty period has expired ("Extended Maintenance Period") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. Products ("Products") are subject to replacement service. "We" and "our" refer to Lexy , and "you" and "your" refer to the purchaser of this contract. This maintenance service extends the original factory warranty. The maintenance scope includes mechanical and electrical failures of the goods. The goods under maintenance must only be used in Hong Kong and Macau and only for household and personal purposes. If there is any discrepancy, this contract will be invalid. This contract is applicable to brand new goods purchased by Lexy , and must be purchased within thirty (30) days after purchasing the goods or become a member of Lexy membership level (gold, silver and bronze) within that year. . This contract period is capped at twelve (12) months. Or if you obtain this contract through Lexy membership level, the contract period is capped at twelve (12) months for gold level membership and six (6) months for silver level membership. ) month as the upper limit, Bronze level loan: three (3) months as the upper limit, based on the contract period printed on the original invoice of the goods sold by Lexy . If your product is replaced according to the " Lexy Return Policy" or has been refunded or canceled, this contract will become invalid and Lexy will issue a new contract for the new product you replaced. This contract is a service contract and does not constitute a guarantee or commitment as to the material quality, workmanship or performance of the goods.

Items with original factory warranty

The warranty period of the product can be checked on the product page. The warranty period of the brand and product (starting from the order confirmation date).

The original warranty period of the product must be 6 years or less.

The maintenance of some brands and product categories is not handled by our store, and the replacement and maintenance will be handled directly by the original factory, which is not within the scope of this contract (this contract does not apply), including but not limited to: HOT OCTOPUSS and customized products.

After the original factory warranty expires

When the product encounters mechanical or electrical failure during the extended warranty period, please go to the Lexy website https://lexy.returnscenter.com/ to apply. A dedicated Lexy representative will review the information and inspect your item to determine if an exchange can be provided to you. After confirmation, Lexy will send you a brand new product as a replacement ("Replacement Goods") when you hand over the faulty original product.

Please ensure that you have backed up and deleted all data in the original product (if applicable), as all data may be deleted when the product is replaced, and Lexy will not be responsible for any loss of data.

After the goods are replaced in accordance with this contract, this contract will automatically terminate. The defective original goods will become the property of Lexy .

replace:

(a) During the extended warranty period, Lexy will replace the product for you in accordance with the terms of this contract. The replacement product must be the same as the original product, or a product of similar model, quality and function, which shall be determined by Lexy at its discretion. If the product that needs to be replaced is sold out or discontinued, Lexy will replace it with the same original product but in a different color/style, or refund the value through an electronic gift card, all at Lexy's discretion.

However, the value of the returned goods must be capped at 30% of the purchase price of the original goods (the "replacement value").

responsibility

In any case, the maintenance coverage will not extend to any loss of profits, incidental, incidental, special or consequential losses caused by any personal or property damage, or any damages including (but not limited to) caused by the delay in the services provided under this contract. loss.

Not covered by maintenance

  • The original warranty period of the product must be 6 years or less.
  • The goods are still covered by the original factory warranty, repair warranty or any warranty plan in effect.
  • Defects or defects recovered by the factory.
  • Modifying the product without permission, failing to install, use, and maintain the product in accordance with the original manufacturer's instructions, or failing to affect the basic functions of the product in any way.
  • Consumable products.
  • External factors such as incorrect wiring, power connection, adjustment of received signals or other consequential losses.
  • Goods are damaged by accident or man-made damage; goods are burglarized or stolen; goods are damaged due to liquid leakage, corrosion, animals or insects, "fungi", natural wear and tear, and gradual deterioration of goods including (but not limited to) moisture and oxidation. Damage caused by factors acting on the product; damage caused by misuse, abuse, or repairs by non-approved personnel. "Fungi" means any kind or form of fungus, including (but not limited to) all forms of mold, mildew, and any mycotoxins, spores, odors, vapors, gases or substances, including any derivative products produced or released by fungi.
  • The factory does not provide on-site service or repair items and defects or defects during the original warranty period.
  • Services such as shipping or delivery charges, courier charges, damage caused during transportation, etc.
  • Goods that are leased, used for profit or have been resold to retail stores.
  • Special offer products, including but not limited to: flash sales, OUTLET, defective products , etc.
  • Products not purchased from Lexy .

Although the Company will keep records of this contract, please keep this contract properly.

These terms and conditions were updated on September 27, 2024. In case of dispute, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail; and Lexy reserves the right of final decision.
