Nova Exercise Ball Lessons
The Nova exercise ball is divided into 3 groups and 3 different stages. The weight of the exercise ball in each group is gradually increased to meet your different exercise needs.
- Phase 1: (49 g) For the first time use, to help your body get used to the exercise ball. Please use a 49 g exercise ball for 30 minutes a day for about 30 days.
- Second stage: (75 g) After your body adapts, you can use a 75 g exercise ball to increase exercise intensity, and exercise for 30 minutes a day for about 30 days.
- The third stage: (95 g) After your body can get used to the second stage, you can switch to the heaviest 95 g to increase its intensity, and also exercise for 30 minutes a day for about 30 days.

- It can be used by both beginners and experienced users.
- It is not recommended to use for more than 30 minutes.
- If you feel unwell after use, please stop usingKegel balls and consult your doctor as soon as possible.
- It can be used with water-soluble lubricating fluid if necessary, but avoid using silicon-based lubricating fluid, because it will wear out the silicone surface layer on the product.
- Do not use the exercise ball if you are: pregnant or have just given birth within 3 months, have vaginitis, vulvitis or other genital discomfort, have had an abortion within 1 month .
